ACCESSIBLE PROPERTY ADVERTISING PACKAGES
Before every shoot I will discuss what you need to have captured and what we can cover in a required amount of time to suit your budget.
The basics will always need to be captured in any shoot- those are:
- Rooms in all their entirety
- Shower size and access
- Position of hand rails
- All ramps/ steps
- Garage, carport and all main entrances
- Outdoor areas.
Additional details that can be captured are:
- Power Point heights
- Door handles
- Taps
- Lamp switches
- Thresholds between each room
- Door locks
- Car space with car and without car.
- Surfaces in the area and street.
- Accessible lighting features
Half Day Photography Rate $900
Full Day Photography Rate $1800
MODELS AND RATES - POA
Models are an important part of showing the space and use of your property- so if you would like to represent people in your photography session- please contact me to discuss further.
Rates for the models can change drastically depending on requirements and locations, so a quote will be offered after a discussion of your needs.

Every property calls for different floor plan details, so every item listed may not apply to you and your accommodation.
Please note: Below are all measurements that are possible to add to a floor plan, but will need to be discussed before your appointment to allow the correct amount of time.
- External door frames and the carport/ garage entrances
- Heights of bed- Top of mattress
- Height allowance under beds,
- Kitchen benches
- Shower step base
- Step widths
- Driveway width (for getting out of the vehicle)
- Internal door ways
- Entrance allowance
- Door directions
- Ramps- Height, width and/ or gradient
- Light switch locations
