 Photos to be taken in the surrounding areas amongst the trees and gardens

Come and join us again in 2026 to raise much needed funds for the community of Venilale, Timor Leste. 

You will be supporting the development, health and tourism for people living in one of the world's poorest countries. 

One photography session booking goes toward an entire year of education! 

Professional Photographer, Kirstie-lee is donating her weekend again this year to raise some much needed funds for Friends Of Venilale.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

You can choose between a 15 minute session and a 30 minute session. 

If you think you will need more time or if you would like more photos- simply book two sessions back to back! See flyer above for more details.

All files will be retouched and delivered to the email provided within 3 weeks via a password protected online gallery. 

The files will be high resolution and you will be able to share the digital files with family and friends to be able to print or download and they will be yours forever!

 (These Digital files will be available to download and share for 1 month, outside of this time frame a $20 retrieval fee will apply, so please remember to download the files)

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Absolutely, last year we had a lot of doggos join our sessions!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Like in the advertising pictures on this site, you can see a similar colour tone to each other and a lack of bold patterns really does work seamlessly!

If one person wears a bold flower pattern or checkered pattern it can look fabulous, but one or more (especially if they are all very different from each other) can be very distracting and make the images a rather messy looking overall.

WILL I BE ABLE TO CHANGE OUTFITS? 

Unfortunately there will not be time allocated for changing outfits.

WILL I NEED TO PAY BEFORE?

Yes, you will need to book online to secure your spot which requires paying in full. 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you need to cancel and the session times can't be changed to accommodate you, the session fee minus the credit card fees will be refunded if more than 3 weeks notice is given. ( This is 1.7% of the session fee which will be retained)

Any cancellations closer to this date will result in a loss of your booking fee but it will still be going to a great cause!

WILL MY SESSION RUN OVER TIME? 

No, we will have multiple sessions running through both days and we will not be able to make session times longer. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SESSION TIME ONCE IT'S BOOKED?

If we have a space available, we will be more than happy to try and accommodate your needs, however this may not always be possible.

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE FRIENDLY?

The fundraiser is purposely being held in an open outdoor area, with accessible pathways to make life a bit easier for people of all capabilities.

Because it is outdoors, if someone in your group is sensitive with loud noises or sensitive to flash, please let me know in the notes when booking.

CAN I PAY FOR EXTRA FILES?

If there are additional photos available, they will be sent in a proofing gallery and you can select the photos you would like. This gives you the opportunity to select the amount you have paid for or add a few extras. If you choose more photos than you have already paid for, it is just an additional $10 per file.  

CARD FEES

Card payment fees are covered for by Kirstie-Lee, so all your session fee goes straight to Friends of Venilale.

However, if you book and cancel, the session fee minus the card fee will be refunded.
